Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: June 6, 2026Welcome to BLULINE COURIER SERVICES. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding courier service contract between the shipper (the customer) and the logistics carrier. By booking any shipment, you explicitly accept the terms structured below:
1. Scope of Logistics Operations
We provide professional courier routing, last-mile distribution, and on-demand package transits within our active operational boundaries. While our infrastructure employs cutting-edge dispatch software to satisfy delivery windows, posted transit times are estimates and may vary due to infrastructure traffic jams, extreme weather patterns, or unexpected line-haul anomalies.
2. Shipper Content Warranties & Contraband Bans
The shipment of hazardous materials, explosives, toxic chemicals, illegal substances, unmounted gemstones, precious metals in bulk form, currency, or any other prohibited or regulated items is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by BluLine Courier Services. BluLine Courier Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to inspect, refuse, suspend, or terminate the transportation of any shipment to ensure compliance with applicable laws, safety requirements, and company policies.
3. Secure Packaging & Carrier Liability Caps
It is the customer’s exclusive duty to wrap and shield all fragile items or sensitive cargo securely. BLULINE COURIER SERVICES assumes zero liability for contents damaged due to inadequate inner cushioning. Cargo liability for validated loss or structural vehicle-transit damage is strictly capped at the base service tariff cost unless supplemental premium cargo insurance was chosen at checkout.
4. Inspection, Evidence, and Damage Claims
Any structural discrepancies, missing items, or delivery damage claims must be filed systematically within **48 hours** of the delivery timestamp. Shippers must present clear photographic evidence of both outer box surfaces and interior protective wrapping alongside their validated master tracking ID.
5. Proof of Delivery (POD) Validation Rights
Our logistical tracking framework relies on structural logging handled directly by our couriers via the Driver App. Shipments are verified as successfully closed once the app registers the receiver’s name, phone digits, or archives an explicit Proof of Delivery Photo at the doorway or reception office. This tracking payload stands as definitive legal confirmation of transit fulfillment.
6. Tariffs, Billing Disputes, and Cancelations
All logistical fees and tariffs must be balanced upfront during digital checkouts or handled precisely via authorized Cash on Delivery (COD) workflows before package handover. We preserve the right to pause accounts or stop active transits if any payment bounce occurs.
