Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because we operate an on-demand logistics and delivery network, our refund, return, and cancellation frameworks are strictly structured based on the service lifecycle. By booking a dispatch or courier route with us, you explicitly accept the terms outlined below:
1. Service Cancellations & Eligibility
Refund thresholds for canceled delivery requests depend entirely on the operational phase of your booking:
- Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: If you cancel your delivery request before a driver has been assigned or dispatched to your pickup location, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of the service tariff.
- Active Dispatch Cancellations: If a cancellation is requested after a driver has already been dispatched and is en route to the pickup address, a standard dry-run/handling fee will be deducted from your balance, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Post-Pickup Cancellations: Once the package has been successfully picked up and is in active transit, the service is considered live. No refunds or cancellations can be processed at this stage.
2. Unsuccessful Deliveries & Returned Packages
As a courier service provider, we do not handle merchandise returns for the items inside the boxes. Our “Return” framework governs the physical repatriation of undeliverable packages back to the sender:
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect destination address provided by the sender, or if the recipient is completely unreachable after multiple attempts, the package will be brought back to our hub.
- The sender will be notified immediately, and the package can either be picked up from our office or re-routed to a corrected address subject to an additional Re-delivery / Return-to-Sender Tariff.
3. Failed Service & Carrier Performance Refunds
If **BLULINE COURIER SERVICES** fails to execute a delivery due to system breakdowns, courier routing errors, or internal logistical faults, a full evaluation will be completed. Verified carrier failures will result in either a 100% service credit or a complete refund back to the customer’s original payment method.
4. Refund Processing Timeframes
All approved cancellation credits and service refunds are processed by our billing department within 5 to 7 business days. The actual arrival of funds in your account depends entirely on your financial institution’s processing cycles (Credit Card, Local Bank, or Mobile Wallet networks).
